Family Mini Circus Show
|

with Kuki & Krums
on mobile microphones and their mini stage with
elaborate lighting and sound equipment to create
the circus atmosphere (suitable for hall). Suitable
for up to 500 children maximum, from age 3 - 11
years or for up to 250 seated audience of all
ages, for family fetes, fairs and fun days. A
1 hour show which involves acrobatics, circus
skills, clown comedy sketches, puppets, dancing,
music and magic with lots of audience participation.
Fun for all!
We recommend the show for the entire school as
it contains material suitable for all ages and
as they say "The more the merrier!"

create the circus atmosphere (suitable for hall
or large classroom). Suitable for up to 50 children
maximum, up to 5 years of age. A 45 minute show
with the theme of Christmas in Circus designed
specifically for small groups of younger children.
The show involves acrobatics, circus skills, clown
comedy sketches, puppets, dancing, music, magic
and a grand finale with child sized marionettes
Father Christmas and Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer.
Lots of fun, laughter and children's participation.

Circus Workshop

or Dingo & Dango
(suitable for hall or field). Suitable for up
to 30 participants from age 5 upwards. A 1 - 1
½ hour session in which participants are
split into two groups to learn skills including
hankerchief and ball juggling, balancing, plate
spinning, ribbons, hula hoops, can and hand held
stilt walking, etc. Longer sessions include further
skills such as devil sticks and diabolos and allow
more time to master the skills. Fully supervised
fun and learning.
Alternatively, for fetes, fairs and fun days,
workshops are available with a walk in system
for up to 30 participants at any given time.
For Arts Festivals and long term projects circus
workshops can include more advanced skills such
as ring and club juggling, rolla bola, fun wheels,
pedal go and hands free stilts, thus enabling
students to develop their skills further. Arrangements
can be made for a final performance by the students
if required.
WHY CIRCUS SKILLS WORKSHOPS?
Circus skills are a great form of exercise with
a multitude of advantages. They develop the physique
evenly unlike some sports which require specialized
use of certain muscles or muscle groups. Circus
skills require flexibility, strength, agility
and develop skills such hand-eye co-ordination,
self motivation and self discipline. Additionally,
they necessitate the setting of goals, the development
of problem solving techniques and team building
skills. Finally, they require a whole lot of determination
and hard work.

Music & Movement Workshop

(suitable for hall or classroom). Suitable for up
to 30 children age 3 - 7 years. A 1 or 1 ½
hour session in which the children are split into
two groups and introduced to a range of percussion
instruments including tamborines, xylophones, maracas,
bells, drums, shakers, harmonicas, recorders, triangles,
etc and the human body as an instrument for creating
sound. The children learn about the range and variety
of sounds and rhythms it is possible to create with
instruments and the session is concluded with a
story created by the children through sound and
movement. The level of the session is determined
by the age and abilities of the children. Fully
supervised fun and learning. |

Theatrical and Media Make-up Workshop
|
|
|
with Melanie &

(suitable for classroom or hall). Suitable for
up to 30 male and female students from 11 years
upwards. A 3 hour session in which students are
demonstrated basic techniques used on stage and
in television such as black eyes, bruises, cuts
and basic wounds or make-overs to create ageing
and illness. Students pair off and work on each
other alternately reproducing the basic techniques.
Fully supervised throughout.
More advanced sessions available to student groups
with some experience.
Melanie and Angelo are professional Theatrical
and Media Make-up Artists who can introduce students
to skills and techniques used in the Industry
and inspire budding artists. They supply all products
and always use the strictest code of hygiene.

for children aged 11 years upwards. Our characters
set up a wonderful disco scenario with gold curtains
and lots of disco lights to create the atmosphere.
They provide fun and laughter throughout and a
superb disco incorporating children’s music
and the latest tunes, disco games and competitions
with prizes for winners. Prizes include modelling
balloons, bookmarks and sweets. Suitable for up
to 250 children from age 3 - 11 years. You just
won't be able to resist dancing!

Melanie & Angeo are ideal for children aged
11 years upwards. A 1 hour session in which the
children are split into two teams and participate
in competitive games to win points. The games
are fun, activity and thinking orientated and
suitably adapted to the age range. They include
can stilt walking, balloon chase, colour ball
challenge, space hopper race, stuff a friend,
precision ball throw, tug a war, the spinning
plate saver and more! All participating children
receive a small prize.
For fetes, fairs and fun days sessions can be
shortened to half an hour to enable more children
to join in. Adults welcome to join in too!

Stilt walking puppeteering expertise is complemented
by enthralling mime artistry. Your guests
won't know whether to look up or down and
they are guaranteed not to forget your event.
