1. Change of Terms & Conditions
Melanie & Angelo (CA&CE) trading as http://www.millasmagicalcircus.co.uk
and http://www.childrenspartyland.co.uk reserve the
right to amend these terms and conditions from time
to time. The terms and conditions which apply to any
given transaction are those that appear at the time
an order is placed on the website.

2. Ordering and Remittance
Orders made from Milla's Magical Circus entertainment
services' customers will be delivered for free on the
date and time of the booked party. And you will only
pay for the party bags that you use on the day. Please
note that a confirmed booking with us 'Melanie &
Angelo C.A.&C.E.' is essential for free delivery
via this service.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Browse our store
and place the number of items you wish to buy into your
shopping cart. Once you are satisfied that you have
selected all the items you need, click 'Checkout' and
complete the purchase online.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through
two secure payment gateways Paypal™
and Google
Checkout™. We also accept offline cash payments
or offline debit card payments via the Payoffline™
service. Please note that orders will be processed once
payment has been taken.
You will receive an email confirming receipt of your
order and payment. This email also serves as official
acceptance of your order.
Alternatively you can complete and print off the order
form and send it, together with a cheque/postal order,
made payable to Melanie & Angelo (CA&CE) to our address.
We shall send you a confirmation through the post. Your
order will be dispatched once the cheque/postal order
has cleared.

3. Cancellations,
Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with
your purchase simply return all of the party bags and
/ or all of the personalized invites to us via the post
office for a full refund (less packing and delivery
costs) within 7 days of receipt. All returned party
bags and personalized invites must reach us in their
original condition and packaging. We recommend that
you gain proof of posting. Upon receipt we will provide
you with a full refund or exchange (less original delivery
costs).
Part Refunds: if you have over-ordered, we are happy
to provide a full refund on any unwanted/surplus party
bags, up to 30 days after placing your order. Simply
return any such party bags to us via the post office
and upon receipt, we will provide you with your refund.
Return postage costs are to be paid by the customer.
Returned party bags must reach us in their original
packaging and original condition, for a full refund
of the surplus party bags to be provided.
We do not provide part-refunds for personalized invites.
We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage
which occurs to items whilst in transit to us, or which
occurs due to any other circumstances beyond our control.
Your right to return goods are protected under the
EU Distance Selling Directive see http://http://www.hmso.gov.uk.

5. Governing Law
These terms & conditions and any contract arising between

by English Law.

6. Tax Charges

are not VAT registered.

7. Delivery Information
Delivery is 5-7 working days. Orders received over
the weekend will not be processed until the following
working Monday or working day. If a more urgent delivery
is required please contact us on 0151 644 6364 or email
us on cs@childrenspartyland.co.uk
If there is no one to accept delivery or the delivery
is refused, information enabling you to complete the
delivery will be left by the courier.
Orders will be shipped by 'Royal Mail' or 'Parcel 2
Go' depending on the size of the order. You can also
choose to collect your order from us in Birkenhead,
Merseyside at no cost - we will phone to arrange a mutually
convenient pick up time when your order is ready. If
you are booking entertainment services with 'Milla's
Magical Circus' you can arrange to have your
party bags delivered to your party on the day by the
entertainers free of charge. If you order Party Bags
in conjunction with Personalized Invites and you have
a party booking confirmed with 'Milla's
Magical Circus' you will receive a 10% discount
on your entertainment fee.
Please select which delivery method you would prefer
at the checkout.
Delivery methods explained:
- UK Mainland only, 5-7 working days: Special
delivery direct to your door, please note that someone
must be in to sign for the receipt of the order.
- Free to collect by special arrangement: You
can collect from us by arranging a collection date
via the phone or e-mail.
- Free through
magicalcircus.co.uk (conditions apply): You
can have the Party Bags delivered by the entertainers
to your party only if you have a confirmed booking
with'Milla's
Magical Circus'. If you have also ordered
invites they will be sent first class once we have
confirmed the booking to you.
- Free - Invites only orders! : Only to be
used for Personalized Invites (p&p is already included
in the price). If any other product is with the order,
we will contact you by e-mail to either cancel the
order or to re-arrange a delivery method for the extra
products. We reserved the right to invalidate a wrongly
placed order and refunds will be made to the affected
party.

8. Loss or Damage in
Transit
If your order has not arrived after 7 working days
of receipt of our order acceptance, please contact us
immediately on 0151 644 6364 or email us at cs@childrenspartyland.co.uk
and we will track the shipment. If your shipment is
lost we will reship as soon as possible.
If any part of your order is delivered to you in a
damaged state, please notify us, preferably by email,
within 24 hours of delivery of your order. Please then
return the damaged items to us and on receipt, we will
provide you with a refund or an exchange. We will also
cover all reasonable postage costs incurred.
If we are not notified of any damage within the 24
hour period stated above, it will be deemed that your
order has been delivered to you in a good and satisfactory
state. After the expiration of this 24 hour period,
no refund or exchange can be offered based on a claim
for damaged goods.

9. Privacy Policy
Melanie & Angelo (CA&CE) trading as www.childrenspartyland.co.uk
and www.millasmagicalcircus.co.uk do not disclose buyers'
information to third parties other than when order details
are processed as part of the order fulfilment. Any information
you provide to us, so that we can satisfy your order
and future orders, is treated as strictly private and
confidential. We are registered as required by the Data
Protection Act 1998.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track
of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery
addresses if the address book is used and to store your
details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They
are also used after you have logged on as part of that
process. You can turn off cookies within your browser
by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and
selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies,
you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the
other features that use cookies.

let us know and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

11. General Liability
We are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business
or any other consequential, special or indirect losses,
costs, expenses or other claims for compensation, in
connection with the products offered for sale on this
website other than to pay you a refund equal to the
price of the products that you have paid for.

12. Postage & Packing
Standard delivery, for party bags, to all UK destinations
is at a fixed cost of £4.95 per order. No
charge on orders over £60 or when collected
in person by special arrangement or when delivered to
your party on the day by entertainers from 'Milla's
Magical Circus'. Standard delivery, for personalized
invites, to all UK destinations is included in the price.

13. Safety
It is your responsibility to check the suitability
of items purchased for the age of the children for whom
you are purchasing. Please note that no items are suitable
for children less than 3 years of age. Lollypops, other
sweets and some toys, chosen as an option with our party
bags, can be a choke hazard or there can be a risk of
suffocation from the bag itself. We do not accept liability
for any injury, damage or loss which occurs due to the
bag or its contents, getting into the hands of a child
less than 3 years of age. Labels or packaging that
appear on the party bags or any of the items in the
bags, which provide warnings, safety information, instructions
or any other information must not be removed. We do
not accept liability for any injury, damage, or loss
that occurs due to any of the labels or other information,
as stated above, having been removed.
We cannot guarantee that our sweets are nut free.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that
our party bags are not given to anyone who may have
an allergy or any other specific condition, which may
make the party bag or its contents unsuitable or harmful
to them. We do not accept liability for any injury,
damage or loss that may occur due to our party bags
having been given to anyone for whom they were unsuitable,
as detailed above.
To fill our party bags we try to source the best quality
items available. All toys carry the CE safety mark and
unless otherwise stated are suitable for children over
3 years old. We reserve the right to substitute any
item in your order as necessary - in such cases the
replacement items will be of the same quality and value.

This website may not be stored or reproduced in any
form whatsoever without the prior written consent of

15. Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse any order or transaction,
for whatever reason and without giving notice, whether
or not monies have been paid. Should we refuse an order
or transaction, any monies paid would be refunded in
full.

The sale and purchase of products from this website
are governed by the Terms and Conditions, as detailed
on these pages. Your use of this website confirms your
agreement to these Terms and Conditions. You promise
that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal
right and ability to enter into this agreement and to
use any debit/credit card used to purchase products
on this website. You promise that all of the information
you have provided is accurate and true. You authorise
us to perform validation checks and authorisation with
the card issuer.
